Info & Policies

What is the shelf life of your treats and how do they need to be stored?

Just like your local bakery, we bake your treats fresh for your order to give you the best quality treats upon arrival. Our treats do not need to be refrigerated. However, please take care not to leave treats decorated with carob, peanut butter, or yogurt in high temperature conditions. They may be stored in containers and kept at room temperature, which will allow for a 2 month shelf life due to our unique drying process.


Do you use preservatives in your treats and are the ingredients safe for dogs?

All of our treats are baked fresh in our bakery using wholesome ingredients with no added preservatives or additives. We use the finest quality baking ingredients; ingredients that are safe for your pet including treat decorations made with carob, peanut butter, or yogurt (no chocolate is ever used).


How do you package your products?

Each order is custom packed daily in food grade packages to ensure that it arrives fresh and in excellent condition.


Can I mix treats to make an order of 8oz. or more?

Yes. Since the treats have different weights a mixed order may not contain the same quantity of each, but we'll do our best.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Do you ship your products to a P.O. Box address?

No. Because our products are perishable, we only ship Monday through Friday to physical street addresses.

We strongly recommend that someone be available to accept delivery especially during warm months.


Do you ship your products outside of the United States?

No. Our products are only shipped within the continental U.S. so that we can assure their quality upon arrival.


After I place an order, how long does it take to process my order and ship?

After you place your order, it is processed and shipped within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday. Orders placed BEFORE 9:00 a.m. EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed AFTER 9:00a.m. EST will ship on the following business day.

Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over the weekend (May-Sept) in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. If you need your order by a specific date, please allow a few days before celebration or event.


What if my order arrives damaged or I am unsatisfied with my products?

DogCatFe stands behind all our products 100% and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately after receiving your order for online store credit or replacement instructions.
